در مورد بیمار فوق با توجه به شرح حال احتمالا منشا مادر زادی داشته و ترانسفر عصبی برای اینرواسیون لونگ توراسیک مد نظر نیست باید بر روی ثابت کردن اسکاپولا فکر کرد که می توان توسط مش اسکاپولا را به دنده ها فیکس کرد
باید بیماریهای عصبی و آتروفی عضلانی را رد کرد

In Xray from the Shoulder and then other sites of the body ,there were multiple exostosis in Scapula ,humerus,tibia and other sites. in more work up his father also had multiple exostosis.In fact this patient is a case of pseudowinging of scapula due to exostosis
Now what is your plan for management of this patient? surgical management or observation
